Zuzanna Denis

Participant of the 3rd edition of the TKP Academy – Student Program and the 15th edition of the IP Student program. As part of the Erasmus program, she took part in the project Law of Contracts – Civil Law and Common Law Countries, organized by the Université de Caen Normandie in France. She also completed the Introduction to the Patent Cooperation Treaty course organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Create Protect Innovate: Bringing Ideas to Market course organized by the European Patent Academy.

Currently preparing for the European Patent Administration Certification (EPAC) exam.

On a daily basis, she provides ongoing support to the law firm.

Izabella Pawlak

Specialises in litigation, contract drafting and counseling in the fields of copyright law, industrial property, unfair competition, personal rights, protection of know-how, technology transfer, as well business matters.

Gained experience in law firms and the legal department of a publishing house.

Michał Jabłoński

Junior Associate

A graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń with a degree in Law, and of WSB Merito University in Toruń with a degree in Management Engineering, specializing in production process management. Currently a PhD student conducting research on the intersection of international space law and industrial property law.

He has gained professional experience both at a patent law firm and at the Polish Patent Office, where he was involved in handling international patent applications.

He speaks English and collaborates with the Poznań office of the patent law firm.

Junior Associate

Anna is a trainee attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She graduated from law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Her master’s thesis was devoted to the issue of trademarks in the context of designations of special cultural value. As part of the Erasmus programme, she participated in student exchanges in Madrid, Barcelona and Rome.

She gained professional experience at EUIPO in Spain and at a renowned intellectual property law firm.

She is fluent in English. She also speaks Spanish.

Dorota Kierner

MSc Eng., IP Administrator

A graduate of Lodz University of Technology, Dorota completed her studies at the Faculty of Process and Environmental Engineering, earning a Master of Science in Chemical and Process Engineering. She is also a certified ICC coach and trainer.

She has professional experience in both engineering roles within industry and in administrative and office-based positions. In the latter field, she has gained over 15 years of experience working in public and private institutions, including the academic sector, where she coordinated numerous national and EU-funded projects.

At the firm, she holds the position of IP Administrator, where she is responsible for the comprehensive management of industrial property rights and the administration of the SME Fund.
